Innovative Technology

We harnessed the antiviral properties of copper to make the safest, most comfortable face mask on the market today.  Our patented mask is infused with a copper-ion coating to protect you against viruses (kills 99% germs, kills 99% Pneumococcus, kills 99% Staphylococcus Aureus (KOTITI Test))

Why Copper?

Copper is known for its antiviral properties.  A recent study from the New England Journal of Medicine found that the COVID-19 virus died within hours when placed on a copper surface.

Copper as a Biocide

Copper has potent biocidal properties and has been used as a biocide for centuries by many different civilizations. Both gram positive and gram negative bacteria, including antibiotic resistant bacteria as well as hard to kill bacterial spores, fungi and viruses, when exposed to high copper concentrations, are killed.

In some cases, they are killed within minutes of exposure to copper or copper compounds.

Testing

Pneumococcus (Meningitis, Pneumonia) and Staphylococcal Aureus (MRSA) were exposed to the copper surface of the P29 Copper Mask in laboratory testing. After exposure, there was no trace left of the virus or bacteria.

P29 copper coated mask is made of functional fabric with antibacterial and deodorizing effect and the functional fabric is produced by the Korea patented manufacturing process. (Patent Number: 10-2058250 dated Dec. 16, 2019)

P29 masks were tested by KOTITI, a state registered Testing & Research Institute authorized by Korea FDA on Arylamines, PH, Formaldehyde and Antibacterial.

We proudly carry the CE certificate which guarantees that our mask can be used in the European Union. The product is manufactured in compliance with EU 2016/425 Regulations.
