Delivery & Returns
Due to the sterile nature of the product, we regret to say we cannot take returns. However, if your product arrives damaged or faulty in any way, please email us on support@p29coppermask.com and we will refund you where appropriate. Photographic evidence will be required to prove damage or fault.

You can choose standard or tracked delivery at the checkout. The prices and delivery times for different countries are shown below:

IMPORTANT. PLEASE READ: Delivery times can vary and can only be monitored where Tracked Post is chosen at the checkout. We endeavor to send shipments out in a timely manner. Where promotions or large scale advertising takes place, delivery can be delayed due to demand. We promise to keep our customers updated frequently on the status of orders.
